How do I know a property listing is legitimate?
All landlords and properties on HousingHub are verified before their listings go live. Look for the verified badge on any listing. If you ever encounter a suspicious listing, report it directly to our support team.
What payment methods are accepted?
HousingHub accepts MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, debit and credit cards and direct bank transfer. All payments generate instant digital receipts stored on your dashboard.
Can I manage more than one property as a propertyowner?
Yes. The HousingHub Owner Portal supports unlimited properties. You get a single dashboard showing all your units, tenants, payments, and maintenance jobs across your entire portfolio.
What happens after my application is submitted?
You will receive a real-time status notification at each stage, Received, Under Review, Approved, or Rejected. If approved, the landlord will send your digital lease for review and signing directly on the platform.
