1. Representation & Authority The Owner certifies they hold legal title to the property or are authorized to execute this agreement. HousingHub is granted authority to market, show and negotiate lease terms on the owner's behalf.
2. Truthfulness of Listings All property data, including structural integrity, utility status and pricing, must be 100% accurate. Misrepresentation of property conditions will result in immediate termination of management services.
3. Maintenance & Repair Fund The Owner authorizes HousingHub to handle emergency repairs up to a pre-agreed limit. Costs are deducted from monthly rent, with full digital receipts provided via the Owner Dashboard.
4. Commission & Management Fees Standard management fees are deducted from successfully collected rent. Any "Placement Only" services are billed upon the successful signing of a new tenant lease agreement.
5. Non-Circumvention & Ethics The Owner shall not privately lease to tenants introduced via the HousingHub platform to bypass service fees. Both parties agree to adhere to the National Real Estate Code of Conduct.
6. Data Privacy & Documentation Owner and Tenant data are stored in "The Vault" with high-level encryption. We do not share owner contact details with third-party marketing firms or insurance agencies.
7. Termination & Notice This agreement may be dissolved by either party with a 30-day written notice. Active tenant leases must be honored through their remaining duration as per Ugandan law.
