1. PartiesThis agreement is between HousingHub (acting on behalf of the Property Owner / Landlord) and the Tenant named in this application.

2. PremisesThe Tenant agrees to lease the selected property for the purposes stated in this application and for residential or commercial use only as indicated.

3. Rent & PaymentMonthly rent is as listed on the property. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and shall be paid via the HousingHub payment portal using MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, card, or bank transfer.

4. Lease TermThe tenancy begins and ends on the dates selected in this application. After expiry, the lease converts to month-to-month unless renewed in writing.

5. MaintenanceStructural repairs are the Landlord's responsibility. Tenants must report issues via the HousingHub maintenance portal promptly. Tenants are responsible for minor upkeep and keeping the property clean.

6. TerminationEither party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice via the HousingHub portal. Immediate termination may apply for breach of terms.

7. Rules & ConductTenants must not sublet the property, use it for illegal purposes, or cause nuisance to neighbours. Violations may result in immediate termination.

8. Digital AcceptanceBy typing your full name below and checking the agreement box, you confirm you have read and agree to all terms of this lease. This constitutes a legally binding digital signature.
